The Hobgoblin has never been so bloody good. It's not a stinky old cauldron with grungy bands and watery beer any more.

A marvellous £1 million has transformed us, and our refurbished home now greets you like a friendly cuddle - all old wood, exposed brickwork, candles and fancy-pants vintage signs.

Our best kept secret is our garden, a huge playground crafted by top landscapers where cosy, individually heated and roofed booths suit any English weather.

New managers John "Blonde bombshell" Purchese & Emily "Bieber" Nixon have sumptuously restocked the bar to boast the best beers and tipples Sussex and England can offer. The bar bursts with the beautiful faces of The Hobgoblin family, each of us ready to serve you quickly and with a cheeky smile.

If your tummy rumbles, the succulent and scrumptious culinary delights of renowned Brighton gastropub chef Toby Murray-Smith await.
 
And if you're in the mood for a party, then frolic away at one of our snazzy seasonal bonanzas, which bubble over with naughty fun, live
music, barbecues, Local Ales, imported ciders and peals of laughter.
